Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because many of our signs are made to order, some items require additional production time before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Shipping Rates
• United States (mainland): $5.99 flat rate — FREE shipping on orders over $200
• United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Japan, Singapore and other destinations: FREE shipping on orders over $50
• For orders below these thresholds, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time
Approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us about a late parcel.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your parcel at 17track.net or reply to your shipping confirmation email and our team will be glad to help.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at raylmosign@gmail.com — we can amend the address only before dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video of the damage (product and packaging) so we can resolve it quickly. See our Refund Policy for full details.
